We want you and your canine companion to look your best in McCann Professional Dog Trainers apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the fabric is free of pet hair or debris.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.
